The Dixin piezoelectric cone for performing electronic static in-situ testing is now in its latest generation, and its available with maximum tip resistance ( Qc ) of 50 ~ 80 MPa.
This is the result of innumberable tests carried out on a varying range of soils, and has been carefully designed and manufactured by Dixin-team.
This piezocone has a tip ( Qc ) and a side wall friction sleeve ( FS ) in special alloy steel that is extremely sensitive and reliable, t he new cone made of special stainless steel ensures ultimate durability, thus allowing for tests to be carried out on even the toughest soil .
The pore water pressure ( U ) sensor, for measuring the interstitial pressure of the water in the soil.,can be saturable with silicone oil .(The water in the soils filtered by permeable stone and enters the tip).
During the penetration, the value of the inclination ( TILT ) clearly reflects the accuracy of the soil values obtained during the testing.
